
Developments in the automotive industry are happening at a rapid pace. Automotive Academy therefore provides training and workshops for everyone working in this industry. So that they are up to the competition and completely ready for the new customer. Since 2017, Fightclub has been working closely with the Marketing & Communication team of LKQ. Together we have put Automotive Academy on the map online. The focus is on organic and paid results, both in search engines and on social media. And as the icing on the cake, we were allowed to develop the new website in 2020.

The Challenge
The reason for the new website was the connection with a new Learning Management System (LMS). The perfect opportunity to also take the website in hand. The ultimate goal? A new website with an optimal customer journey. Based on a sharpened sitemap and the detailed customer journey, the mobile first design was created. And after seven sprints, the moment was finally there: the launch of the new website! A website with the look and feel that you are used to from Automotive Academy, but in a new jacket and with quite a few improvements under the hood.

Throughout the entire process, the team has kept the online marketing strategy in mind. This has ensured that the online campaigns now seamlessly connect to the buyer journey. And the first results do not lie. Now not only the mechanics, but also Automotive Academy itself is ready for the new customer!
