Flesjewijn is originally a small business in the heart of Oudenbosch, run by two entrepreneurs who pour their heart and soul into both the shop and the webshop. Together with Enorm, Fightclub built a new platform that will support Flesjewijn’s growth for the coming years. With the platform ready for scale, we began transforming the online marketing landscape and reshaping it according to Fightclub’s vision. We implemented SEA, SEO and marketing automation, making a significant step forward in professionalising their digital approach.

Flesjewijn wins revenue and return
The goal for Flesjewijn was to increase revenue while maintaining a healthy return. In the past, they invested heavily in Google Ads, but this proved challenging in a highly competitive market with low margins. This led us to explore alternative channels with a proven track record.
Strategy
Because we knew Flesjewijn had a rich database of loyal customers — but wasn’t yet making full use of it — we looked at opportunities within their existing setup.Their email marketing was running through Mailchimp and mainly focused on sending newsletters. Nothing wrong with that, but it required a lot of manual work. We knew it could be done more efficiently.
That’s why we chose to implement the marketing automation tool Klaviyo, directly integrated with their Shopify CMS. This allowed us to map out products, customer data, product interactions and behavioural triggers — and act on them automatically.
Together with the client, we held a strategic workshop to clearly define the customer journey, identify what was already in place and explore the remaining opportunities. This made it possible to set up the tool and all automations right away.

Results
And not without impact. Within just one year, Klaviyo generated more than 60% revenue growth compared to the performance previously achieved with Mailchimp. Of this total, 57% still comes from manually sent campaigns, but a strong 43% now comes from automated flows, all without increasing the budget. The uplift comes purely from a smarter setup.
