During the 2023/2024 peak season, Golf Direct faced the challenge of strengthening their online presence and generating a higher volume of brochure requests and travel inquiries. In addition, increasing brand awareness was essential due to the growing competition within the industry.

To achieve these goals, Fightclub implemented a full-funnel strategy for Golf Direct, covering both Social Ads and Google Ads.
Top of Funnel (Awareness):
Social Ads were used to run targeted campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. These ads focused on increasing brand awareness and generating interest in Golf Direct’s golf holidays.
Middle of Funnel (Consideration):
Google Search Ads were used to target search queries related to golf travel. This allowed Golf Direct to reach potential customers at the moment they were actively searching for relevant information. Retargeting ads were also deployed via the Google Display Network to re-engage people who had previously interacted with Golf Direct’s ads but had not yet submitted a request.
Bottom of Funnel (Conversion):
Google Search Ads were further optimized with specific keywords aimed at driving conversions. This ensured that Golf Direct appeared in front of people who were ready to take action.
