How do you take a young health insurer like Just to the next level? Our task: create a distinctive campaign that brings Just’s brand values – smart, no-nonsense, and digital – to life for a new generation. One clear promise, delivered with a recognizable style and translated consistently and effectively across a full media mix. From awareness to conversion, making impact at every stage of the customer journey
Our approach
After launching the brand with a bold campaign, we expanded the strategy in year two with a fresh, unconventional media mix that stayed true to Just’s mentality: show up where it matters. We deliberately skipped TV and focused on high-impact moments—like livestreams on Twitch tackling mental health, a stress-free switch experience at Amsterdam Central Station via the Just pop-up store, and a custom Just tramline cruising through Rotterdam to promote instant access to care via the "App de Dokter" service.
The original TVC was reimagined with new footage and edits for online video, maximizing reach across digital channels. We went further with GIFs, podcast prerolls, TikTok content, social media bursts, and even a trio of standout radio ads aired back-to-back in a single commercial block. With this out-of-the-box media strategy, we didn’t just meet expectations—we delivered Just what was needed.
