They listen closely to the specific needs and desires of the market and eagerly get to work in their Mortgage Lab. They mix, blend, experiment, discuss and calculate — and eventually… EUREKA! A new mortgage product is invented.

The leading role in this campaign was given to the real Woonfonds employees. They are The Mortgage Inventors. They built anticipation through online teasers and then revealed their latest invention in a video card sent to all mortgage advisors. This video formed the heart of the entire campaign: social, online advertising, physical and digital mailings, seminars, workshops and trade fairs. All with the same imaginative, mysterious and eye-catching theme — ensuring that every mortgage advisor keeps Woonfonds’ innovative mortgage products top of mind.
