
PharmaMarket is an online pharmacy recognized by the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP). It is part of Antverpia, a pharmacy chain with 11 locations in Antwerp, Flemish Brabant, and East Flanders.

The challenge
A competitive landscape for online pharma. This sparked the need for PharmaMarket to differentiate itself from the competing brands, all with a similar offering and a rather cold look and feel. But uniqueness is what sets you apart. How do you communicate, on one hand, the endless product range, and on the other, the vibrant personality of the brand? Moving away from stock. Moving away from generic. Time for aesthetics...
The insight
We worked in 3 steps for Pharmamarket.
First, we conducted a strategic exercise to determine the positioning in a highly competitive market, while also fine-tuning the 'reason to buy.' The cherry on top was the outcome of a strong and, above all, fitting baseline: "Alles voor jouw gezondheid" (Everything for your health). This was written down in a brief but sharp strategic brandbook.
From that strategy, we developed a creative concept and accompanying media plan. Both go hand in hand to launch an effective campaign. The concept "Van kop tot teen" (From head to toe) was born. And of course, we fully implemented the campaign as well.

The core creative idea
The baseline as well as the concept "Alles voor jouw gezondheid" (Everything for your health) were creatively translated. Real bodies, from head to toe – shot on film – were combined with a selection of products. For every body, at every life stage, and at any moment, a suitable product.
The results
