Wasa, the famous Scandinavian product & brand, wanted to bring Swedish calm to people’s busy and digital social lives. But how do we break through the noise of crowded social feeds and inspire people to do the opposite: slow down, connect with real life and flavours, and enjoy more simple moments?

Wasa’s natural products and Scandinavian roots offer the perfect ingredients to provide such a sense of peace, offering crispy but soothing breaks from the daily rush with simple, delicious moments inspired by Sweden.

Our approach
We developed a clear content strategy that helped people escape to Sweden and Swedish culture. By combining mouthwatering recipes, breathtaking shots of Swedish nature, and Wasa’s delicious products, we created engaging and soothing content that was part of a quarterly content calendar. One that perfectly bridged the Wasa brand and Swedish roots.

In 2022, Wasa introduced the Crunchy Twist, a new crispbread available in two surprising flavors: Cranberry Seeds & Sea Salt and Poppy Seeds & Sea Salt. To maximize reach and increase awareness, we partnered with a wide range of influencers. The carefully selected influencers were briefed with the question: “How do you give your break a crunchy twist?” In this way, we’re not just interrupting your timeline, but also offering the perfect cracker for your snack break, giving your break routine a twist.
