Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen is an organization that provides support and information to people with dementia, their families, and caregivers. We strive for a dementia-friendly society by raising awareness and advocating for their rights. Our activities include peer support, leisure activities (such as sports and culture), and education—all with the goal of improving quality of life and giving people with dementia a voice. The challenge
The challenge for Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen is to raise awareness and engagement in a society where dementia is often overlooked. They need to secure support for research, advocacy, and care while breaking stigmas and ensuring that people with dementia and their families feel heard and included.
The insight
The concept further aims to make the unthinkable conceivable, forcing us to reflect on the proximity of a disease that can affect anyone, even at a young age. What if you seem to forget the unforgettable? Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen provides support and information and forgets no one in this journey.
The core creative idea
The concept translated itself in unforgettable moments, such as the birth or even the existence of your child, seem to gradually or suddenly fade away. Together with Alzheimer Liga Vlaanderen, Fightclub visualized a mother’s confused search for her son through his birth announcement card.
