Mercedes-Benz Trucks, part of Daimler Trucks, is one of the world's largest truck manufacturers, known for its innovative solutions in road transport. An example is the introduction of the MirrorCam, where cameras provide better and safer visibility for the driver, eliminating the need for traditional mirrors. The truck brand is also innovative on social media, thanks to Fightclub, which manages its channels.

Since the fall of 2020, Fightclub has been working with Mercedes-Benz Trucks on services such as social media, always-on campaigns, standalone campaigns and productions, press releases, RoadStar articles, whitepapers, photoshoots, events, newsletters, and Pardot implementation.
Experience showed that the target audience of Mercedes-Benz Trucks is quite enthusiastic in their reactions to social media posts. There was a desire to respond to these followers in a light-hearted and relevant way. To enhance community management, the idea arose to develop specific GIFs for Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
In addition to appropriate social media responses, GIFs were created around typical driver moments, such as greeting each other or having a cup of coffee. With one truck and one appealing role model, 35 GIFs were created in-house and uploaded to Giphy. In three months, these GIFs were used over 70 million times (and counting!) via WhatsApp, social media, and other chat channels. This led to increased awareness for Mercedes-Benz Trucks!
